Jackie was an incredible agent. She actually reached out to me about a property even though I had not signed up with her exclusively. I looked at a prior property that ended up in disappointment and she went above and beyond with not only that one, but then found a much better match and did the same again.

She was never pushy, as many agents can be, and I never got the feel that she was in it for a quick commission, but that she truly wanted happy buyers & sellers. We had a few difficult issues to work through during the due diligence & closing process and she was very patient and even took on tasks most agents would not worry with. She always kept her cool and reassured in times that were very stressful.

If you want a very knowledgeable, fair, and honest agent you need to call her. She found me my lifelong dream property in the worst time and market imaginable... and I will always be extremely grateful to her.

I have been looking for a property in the mountains for a long time, lots of dissatisfaction and disappointments when contacting realtors and asking them to provide basic important information, no calls back, not info provided etc. I realized most of them are only behind the big sales ,I realize I was in my own, Especially when buying a small lot

Jackie is AMAZING! I was an out-of-town seller for my dad's house in Cornelia and someone just passed her name on to me. She was able to meet with me on short notice to review the house and develop a plan to sell it. It took us a couple weeks and several 30-yd dumpster loads before we could list it, and Jackie stopped by on several occasions, helping us to unpack the house. After we cleared out the house, I headed back home to St Louis and that is when Jackie really began to shine.

There were some repairs needed and a good cleaning inside and out. She had contacts in every trade we needed, arranging for the estimates, scheduling, and payment. She let everyone inside, reviewed their work (sending me pictures to approve), and worked with me to arrange payments. The work performed was very good and the prices were surprising low.

There were a couple of large pieces of furniture that we did not want to move so we sold them on Craigslist. Jackie met the buyers out at the house on a Saturday night, helped them load up the pieces, and collected the payment for me.

In terms of actually selling the house, she had professional pictures taken and a video made as she put it up on several websites. She gave me sometimes daily updates on the number of people touring the house and their feedback, as well as the number of visits on the website. Once we were under contract with a buyer, she kept me updated the entire time, letting me know when the buyer had inspections, appraisals, loan approval, etc...

I could go on and on about other things she did for me that were a huge help since I was not local, but suffice it to say, she did far more than I would have ever expected a real estate agent to do.

If you are in the market, I would pick Jackie hands down.

What I loved most about Jackie Apigo, our realtor, was the fact that we connected right off the get go.... same personality as mine...must dot all your i's and cross all your t's. She was prompt in responding with the information we needed, and helped us in understanding all the documentation, and connecting electronically. All the things that mattered most to me. Although I take pride in the fact that our home was immaculate and truly stood out, I must give her credit too as she got the job done! She turned out to be a great friend too. I thank God for having Jackie as our realtor and new friend.

This was our second sale that Jackie handled for us and as usual it went extremely well. Our house sold 5 days after listing and Jackie then went to work on making sure the closing process was conducted expediently and professionally. She handled several problems quickly and insured the closing went off without a hitch, even with a situation that threatened to delay the closing 1 hour before closing. There is nothing that she didn't handle very well!

Jackie did an awesome job during the buying and the selling process. She was always very timely and communicated in a way that gave me professional advice but allowed me to make my own decision. After speaking with others and learning of their experiences with other realtors, I learned that Jackie was very informative about the process of checking the MLS and comparing similar homes that other realtors don't always do. Jackie was a wonderful agent. She listened to what we wanted in a home and worked hard to line everything up for us to see in one day. We had already looked in the area with another agent for several days and couldn't find anything that would work for us. Jackie went outside the box and found houses that had been on the market but recently been removed as well as houses that she knew were a possibility were not yet on the market. Even though she represented the seller rather than us, she did everything she could to help us line up a survey of the property and find an attorney who could close for us within a week.
